At Johns Hopkins University’s Mentorship in Motion Summit: Elevating Your Career, Wellness, and Rising in Purpose, the L.A.D. Academy served as a featured contributor, helping set the tone for the day through an immersive LEGO® Serious Play® kickoff roundtable that engaged participants in hands‑on building, storytelling, and intentional reflection. The L.A.D. Academy also led the session Your Mentorship Signature: Leading with Strengths, Roles, and Purpose, which attendees highlighted as a standout for introducing practical mentorship strategies in an engaging, memorable format. Across both experiences, participants emphasized the Summit’s strength in fostering meaningful cross‑departmental connections and expanding mentorship perspectives across the university community.
