Professor Robbie Shilliam teaches international relations and racial politics in the Department of Political Science at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences. His scholarship is grounded in a strong commitment to community-engaged research and teaching, bridging academic inquiry with meaningful civic engagement. He has played a key role in advancing engaged scholarship at the Homewood campus, including integrating it into tenure standards. Through his work, Professor Shilliam continues to contribute to the study of politics, race, and social justice in ways that connect theory with lived experience.
