Advisement Focus:

Dr. Sapna R. Kudchadkar has made Johns Hopkins Medicine her professional home since beginning her pediatrics residency in 2003. As a clinician-scientist and Vice Chair for Pediatric Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, she is deeply committed to faculty development and mentoring the next generation of medical leaders. Her work in pediatric anesthesiology and critical care provides a broad perspective on interprofessional healthcare delivery. Dr. Kudchadkar was instrumental in developing the Johns Hopkins PICU UP! Early Mobility Program, which has since been implemented in more than 25 children’s hospitals nationwide. She takes pride in being part of the Johns Hopkins community and encourages colleagues to share their innovative work beyond Johns Hopkins Medicine.
