This two-part workshop is designed to support higher education professionals in taking intentional steps toward personal well-being and long-term career fulfillment. Participants will assess how they currently spend their time and identify which areas of life those tasks support. Through guided reflection and discussion, they will explore strategies to negotiate their commitments and advocate more effectively for their own needs, both professionally and personally.

Additionally, this workshop is helping participants clarify their career ambitions and create actionable plans to pursue them. Whether planning for advancement, transition, or redefinition, this session provides a foundation for navigating career growth with confidence and purpose.
