The L.A.D. program gave me key insights into my personal strengths in a way that I had never experienced before despite multiple leadership courses and seminars. I loved the focus on leaning in to our unique strengths rather than emphasizing and tackling our weaknesses as the first step. L.A.D. illuminated aspects of my leadership style that I had just taken for granted, but now see through a completely different but complementary lens and context.
