This course helps participants better understand burnout and develop practical strategies for managing stress and supporting personal resilience.

Overcoming Burnout: Strategies to Support Your Personal and Professional Success explores the causes, consequences, signs, and symptoms of burnout while examining the relationship between burnout and engagement. Participants reflect on factors that contribute to burnout in both personal and professional contexts and discuss approaches for maintaining balance and well-being.

The course also introduces practical self-care strategies and encourages participants to identify immediate actions they can take to better manage stress and support their overall wellness. Through reflection and discussion, attendees gain tools for recognizing burnout early and building healthier, more sustainable professional practices.
