Relationship Awareness Theory: The Key to Better Communication and More Productive Conflict is a one-day workshop designed to help participants improve their relationships and communication effectiveness. The session explores how personal behavior patterns influence interactions both in positive situations and during conflict. Through guided exercises and the Strength Deployment Inventory assessment, participants gain insight into their unique relational strengths, how these strengths shift under stress, and how to apply them strategically to foster collaboration and reduce tension. By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped with practical tools to manage conflict, enhance mutual understanding, and strengthen workplace relationships.
