Professional setbacks, change, conflict, and uncertainty can make it difficult to stay focused and resilient. During stressful situations, individuals often fall into familiar patterns of thinking or reacting that may not always lead to productive outcomes. This course introduces practical strategies for recognizing and shifting those patterns to respond more intentionally to challenges.
